👀About the role

We’re looking for a TikTok Shop Manager to own and grow our client’s TikTok Shop presence across North America. You’ll oversee day-to-day shop operations, optimize product performance, coordinate promotional campaigns, and work closely with marketing, creators, and operations to maximize revenue through social commerce.

This is an ideal opportunity for someone who understands both ecommerce and TikTok’s unique ecosystem, enjoys working with data, and thrives in a fast-moving consumer brand environment.

This is a full-time, fully remote position open to candidates across Latin America. While candidates based in Mexico City are preferred due to collaboration needs, outstanding candidates from anywhere in LATAM are encouraged to apply.

👉 Responsibilities

  • Manage the day-to-day operations of TikTok Shop across the US and Canadian markets.
  • Optimize product listings, pricing, bundles, promotions, and merchandising.
  • Monitor sales performance, traffic, conversion rates, and key ecommerce metrics.
  • Coordinate product launches and seasonal campaigns with the marketing team.
  • Collaborate with influencer and affiliate teams to maximize TikTok Shop performance.
  • Ensure inventory availability by partnering with operations and supply chain teams.
  • Analyze campaign results and provide actionable recommendations to improve sales.
  • Identify new growth opportunities through promotions, live shopping, and affiliate initiatives.
  • Maintain an exceptional customer shopping experience across the platform.

👉 Requirements

Technical Skills

  • 4+ years of experience managing TikTok Shop, marketplace, or ecommerce operations.
  • Experience working with consumer brands, preferably in beauty, wellness, fashion, or lifestyle.
  • Strong understanding of TikTok Shop, social commerce, and creator-driven sales.
  • Comfortable analyzing performance data and making data-informed decisions.
  • Experience coordinating cross-functional projects across marketing and operations.
  • Excellent organizational and project management skills.Strong English communication skills (written and spoken).
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
  • Experience working remotely with international teams is a plus.
  • Based anywhere in Latin America. Mexico City is preferred but not required.
