As the primary point of contact for website edit requests, this role ensures that launched sites continue to reflect each client’s brand with accuracy, intention, and quality. Working alongside the Creative Strategy team, this role combines a sharp eye for design detail with strong judgment and prioritization skills – knowing what to act on, what to push back on, and how to route work efficiently to the right creative departments.
👉 Responsibilities

- Review and manage incoming client website edit requests, assessing each for scope, creative merit, and appropriate next steps.
- Make informed decisions on what to execute, what to push back on, and what to escalate – advocating for the client’s brand even when the request doesn’t.
- Delegate approved tasks to design, copy, and development teams with clear, actionable direction.
- Maintain an organized, efficient workflow through a structured request queue, keeping projects moving without letting anything fall through the cracks.
- Communicate directly with clients via email, providing clear updates, setting expectations, and maintaining a responsive, professional experience throughout.
- Apply a strong eye for design and detail to every request, catching visual and structural issues beyond what’s explicitly asked.
- Problem-solve layout and content challenges thoughtfully, recommending solutions that serve both the client’s goals and their brand.
- Uphold the agency’s standards for quality and clarity across every deliverable that goes out the door.
- Participate in Creative Strategy team meetings, staying aligned on client context, team priorities, and process improvements.
- Support Creative Strategists by owning post-launch client needs, freeing them to focus on active website builds.
- Build & maintain trusted relationships with clients and internal teams, ensuring clear communication and smooth handoffs.
- Contribute to broader creative projects as needed, lending strategic and organizational support across the team beyond website support requests
