👀About the role
We are looking for a Senior Product Manager who has strong experience building products in a complex environment and navigating different stages of growth and change.
This is a senior, high-ownership product role, in charge of the commercial vertical. You will own the broader product roadmap, create structure and systems around product organization rituals, challenge assumptions, make difficult trade-offs, and connect product decisions to the broader business goals and revenue.
At the same time, you will move between strategy and execution, working directly on problem statements, solutioning, user journeys, and the details required to bring products to life.
The role requires a 360° view of the product, with particular strength on the problem side and internal stakeholder engagement. You should be comfortable understanding complex customer problems, identifying what matters most, and translating those insights into clear product priorities.
You will work across a complex B2B, supply chain, and highly regulated environment, partnering closely with leadership, customers, sales, marketing, design, and engineering. You will help determine what the company should build, why it matters, and how product priorities connect to customer needs, revenue, and company strategy.
This is an opportunity to take significant ownership of product at a company solving a large, growing, and permanent problem, while working closely with an experienced team across technology, supply chain, and government. This is the job for you if you like to step out of your comfort zone.
👉 Responsibilities
Lead product roadmap, helping the company identify the right problems to solve as it continues to find, validate, and evolve product-market fit
Build the processes and feedback loops that turn customer, sales, marketing, and leadership input into clear product decisions
Own product strategy and roadmap prioritization, connecting product decisions to customer needs, revenue, and broader company goals
Translate complex operational and regulatory problems into clear product priorities and buildable solutions, working closely with engineering through execution
Build product processes and structure from the ground up, bringing the ownership and adaptability needed in an early-stage, fast-changing startup
Own the day-to-day product backlog, write and refine requirements, define acceptance criteria, and keep upcoming work ready for engineering.
Work closely with design and engineering throughout delivery, answer questions quickly, resolve ambiguity, make trade-offs, and unblock the team.
Review what is being built, validate that it solves the intended customer problem, gather feedback and data, and drive follow-up improvements.
👉 Requirements
5+ years of product management experience, ideally within supply chain, global trade, or similar complex/highly regulated industry
Solid experience building product processes, feedback loops, and structure from scratch rather than only operating within established processes
Ability to connect product decisions to revenue, customer needs, and broader company strategy
Strong experience with product discovery, working directly with customers and external stakeholders to identify problems and shape product decisions
Strong business judgment and willingness to challenge ideas, ask why, make trade-offs, and decide what actually matters from a strategic perspective
Hands-on mindset and willingness to take on both high-level product decisions and smaller day-to-day tasks when needed
Experience as founding product manager, working at an early-stage or growing company, with direct exposure and impact on to how a product changes, pivots, and evolves as the company grows is highly valued.
