👀About the role
They’re looking for a SEO Analyst to support the performance marketing team, focusing about 75% on on-page/content SEO and 25% on technical SEO. You’ll run audits, fix site issues, optimize content in Webflow, and monitor performance using GA4, Search Console, SEMrush, Screaming Frog, and Looker Studio. You’ll collaborate internally with the SEO Team Lead and SEO Strategists to keep client sites running at peak performance.
👉 Responsabilities
- Plan and execute weekly deliverables, focusing mainly on on-page and content SEO (≈75%) and technical SEO (≈25%)
- Optimize and update website content to improve visibility, readability, and alignment with each brand’s tone and target audience (Webflow, WodPress, etc)
- Run audits, identify opportunities for optimization, and ensure all client websites stay technically and strategically healthy.
- Monitor and report performance using GA4, Search Console, SEMrush, Screaming Frog, and Looker Studio.
- Help build or improve internal dashboards, reports, and analytics processes.
- Support the SEO Team Lead and Strategists with day-to-day SEO tasks and ongoing projects and contribute to internal initiatives (like reporting or process optimization) in addition to client work.
👉 Requirements
- 2+ years of hands-on SEO experience at US-based marketing agencies or working with US accounts.
- Near-native/ Advance English level is a must
- Experience working with niches such as Dental (or other) is a huge plus!
- Strong understanding of on-page SEO and comfort with basic technical SEO (indexing, redirects, metadata, site speed).
- Experience with GA4, SEMrush, Screaming Frog, Looker Studio, and Webflow CMS (or similar).
- Great attention to detail and ability to stay organized when managing multiple tasks.
- Able to work independently, take ownership of deliverables, and follow structured weekly goals.
- Friendly, humble, and curious, you like learning new things, collaborating with others, and improving how work gets done.
🌍 Time Zone
- You’ll collaborate primarily with the SEO team during overlapping hours with the U.S. Eastern Time Zone, but you’ll have flexibility to structure the rest of your day as you prefer.
