They are looking for a Customer Success Specialist or Account Manager who will be the face of the agency with clients — estimating deliverables, working with the team to ensure clients meet key performance indicators, and discovering new opportunities to reach partner goals. You’ll act as the bridge between clients and internal teams, nurturing relationships built on trust and respect.

We’re looking to add an Account Manager to our growing team. This position drives our agency forward and helps us build lasting relationships with our chosen partners. You will play an important role as the main point of contact for our clients and internal team members, exceeding client expectations and helping them grow their practices through our digital marketing efforts.
🤚 We are open to mid-senior to senior candidates — the team focuses on personality and attitude before years of experience. You could come from hands-on marketing roles and want something different, or you have worked in client management for agencies or marketing companies.

👉 Responsabilities
- 55% – Work together and plan with the internal team and clients on their digital marketing and advertising efforts. Nurture client relationships to build trust and respect.
- 20% – Work with the team to ensure clients are meeting Key Performance Indicators. Discover new opportunities to reach partner goals
- 15% – Compile, analyze, and report data from different platforms to understand goals and set expectations (Google Analytics, Google My Business, Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and Google Search Console)
- 10% – Other
- Support fellow Account Managers on internal projects
- Push clients, and the agency, creatively and strategicallyđź’ś
👉 Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in account management, client services, or digital marketing
- âť—Experience with US-based accounts and near-native English level is a mustâť—
- High-level understanding of marketing and/or hands-on experience
- Experience working with niche industries
- Experience leading client meetings and delivering strategic recommendations
- Comfortable analyzing marketing metrics and drawing actionable insights
- A proactive mindset and a desire to own outcomes, thinking outside the box (for real)
- Excitement about working with small businesses and high-volume accounts
- A growth mindset and willingness to challenge yourself and others
