👀About the role
We’re looking for an extraordinary Staff Fullstack Engineer someone who can operate at a high technical level while staying deeply hands-on.
You’ll work directly with leadership and the engineering team to design, build, and scale key product components across the entire stack. You will also take product decisions and jump in with customers when needed. The ideal candidate combines strong technical execution, product thinking, and the ability to lead through influence.
You’ll be coding daily, driving architecture discussions, and making decisions that impact the company’s product and technical direction. You’ll also play a key role in mentoring the team, improving processes, and ensuring technical excellence across the board.
❌This is not an Engineering Manager role — it’s a staff-level, hands-on technical leadership position.
💜 Responsibilities
- Design, build, and maintain core systems across frontend and backend using React, Node, and Typescript.
- Own technical decisions end-to-end, from architecture to deployment.
- Collaborate closely with product, design, and customers to define and deliver impactful features.
- Act as a bridge between technical implementation and real user needs, ensuring product decisions are grounded in experience.
- Work directly with customers when needed to gather insights, validate assumptions, and guide technical trade-offs.
- Write clean, maintainable, and performant code — and review others’ to keep standards high.
- Mentor and elevate other engineers, fostering a culture of technical excellence and ownership.
👉 Requirements
- 7+ years of experience as a software engineer and 2+ years as Technical Lead/ Staff Engineer including strong expertise with React, Node, and Typescript.
- Experience with product companies or startups is a must, with exposure to customer-facing collaboration.
- Excellent communication skills and advanced English/ Experience working with the US market
- Proven ability to work across the stack, from UI to systems and APIs.
- Hands-on mindset, passionate about building, not only managing.
- Curiosity toward AI stacks and how they can enhance product experiences.
- Comfort working directly with leadership and users in a fast-moving environment.
🌍 Time Zone
- Preference for non-US time zones (Europe, Africa, or LATAM east of US) to enable 24/7 coverage.
- US time zones (EST, CST, PST) will also be considered.
