👀About the role
We’re looking for a passionate Sr. Frontend or Fullstack Engineer (frontend-focused) with a strong background in building web applications and user interfaces. You’ll drive the development of our web app using technologies like NextJS, React, Typescript, while also contributing to backend work when needed. If you have 5+ years of experience, love creating seamless user experiences, and want to help shape the future of collaborative AI-driven tools, we’d love to connect
💜 Responsibilities
- Architect, develop, and maintain robust web applications using NextJS, React, and Typescript on the front end
- Work closely with product and design to turn specs into seamless, engaging interfaces (TailwindCSS, ShadCN, or similar).
- Continuously improve frontend performance to ensure smooth, fast user experiences.
- Partner with the engineering team and leadership to ship features customers love.
- Write clean, maintainable code and promote testing, reviews, and best practices.
👉 Requirements
- 5+ years of extensive experience with NextJS, React, and Typescript on the frontend.
- Advanced English level and experience working with the US.
- Experience with start-ups or early-stage teams developing products from scratch.
- An eye for detail and ability to implement pixel-perfect UIs that align with design specs.
- Proficient with modern development tools including TurboRepo for monorepo management, and experienced with TailwindCSS/ShadCN for styling.
- Believe in automating repetitive tasks to improve efficiency and consistency.
- Communicate effectively and enjoy collaborating with others to achieve shared goals.
- Passionate about staying current with emerging technologies and continuously improving your skill set.

- Meeting with the Development Team 🧩 (30 min) – You’ll get into the company vision, challenges and expectations, you will share more about you. There will be some technical questions here
- Home Technical Assessment – See you in action
- Meeting with CEO 🙋♂️ (30 min) – Get into the vision of the product and main challenges to solve
- Final team call 🤝 (30 min) – Make sure there’s good alignment and space for questions on both sides.
