👀About the role
As a Senior UI Developer/React Expert, you will be instrumental in implementing UI for various data-driven projects. You’ll serve as the go-to expert for all things UI, setting best practices for junior team members and conducting code reviews. You will be working a lot with React and other FE technologies, and you’ll also manage client interactions, working closely with stakeholders to ensure UI development aligns with business objectives.
💜 Responsibilities
- Accelerate UI implementation for ongoing and upcoming projects and mentor junior developers by sharing insights and best practices for UI development and become the lead for UI
- Establish practices for scripted UI testing and implement best practices and processes for UI
- Successfully deliver high-quality, responsive UI components using ReactJS within deadlines
- Actively participate in code reviews, providing valuable feedback to improve code quality and maintainability.
- Coordinate with stakeholders to align UI development efforts with business objectives.
👉 Requirements
- Advanced English level to communicate with team members and clients from USA
- Deep understanding of web accessibility standards and ability to ensure compliant, accessible UI for all users
- Experience Implementing UI subject to Accessibility rules for simultaneous projects
- Expert knowledge of ReactJS for building dynamic, high-performance web applications
- Strong expertise in JavaScript, HTML, and CSS to ensure flawless UI design and functionality
- Skilled in reviewing code to improve quality and support team growth
- Comfortable working in a small to medium-sized team, providing leadership and collaboration
- Comfortable with direct client communication and project management
- Ability to work independently, take initiative, and bring new ideas to projects 😉

- Able to implement Node.js APIs.
- Knowledge of databases, especially NoSQL. We will not expect this person to do database implementation work, but general familiarity can make communication with database developers easier.

Our partner offers a direct contract as an independent contractor, with payment in USD, remote work flexibility 🏡, and US public holidays + PTO. The team operates in the EST time zone, and this is a full-time position (40 hours per week).
