👀About the role
We’re looking for a Senior Paid Media Digital Strategist to join the team full-time and lead strategy, execution, and optimization across paid media campaigns.
This is a senior role focused on owning complex accounts, improving campaign performance, and working closely with clients and internal teams to drive results. You will be managing 10–15 accounts with budgets ranging from $1K–$50K per month.

💜 Responsibilities
- Build, launch, and manage campaigns across Google, Bing, LinkedIn, Meta, Pinterest, and other paid channels
- Own day-to-day campaign management including budget allocation, bidding strategies, audience targeting, ad testing, and landing page optimization
- Set up and troubleshoot conversion tracking, including Pixels, events, Google Analytics 4, and Google Tag Manager
- Analyze campaign and audience data to identify opportunities and improve performance
- Deliver weekly and monthly performance reports with clear insights and recommendations
🤗 Requirements
- 5+ years of PPC / Paid Media experience in agency enviroment
- Advanced English level and experience working with US-based clients
- Strong experience with Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, paid social channels, Google Analytics 4, and Google Tag Manager
- Most campaign focus will be Google (~80%), with Meta (~10%) and other channels such as LinkedIn, Bing, and Pinterest (~10%)
- Experience managing budgets ranging from approximately $1K–$50K/month across multiple accounts
- Comfortable presenting strategy and campaign performance directly to clients and stakeholders
- Experience mentoring or coaching less experienced team members
- HubSpot, Salesforce, Marketo, or Zapier experience is a plus
- Strong communication skills and ability to work autonomously in a remote environment

The overall process is 2.5-3 hours hours across 3 separate days of meetings:
- Intro call with the kala team 💜 (30 minutes): Learn more about the opportunity and share your professional background

- Meeting with the Paid Media Team (30 minutes): Walk through your approach to managing paid media accounts and setting the best strategy
- Final stage (45–60 minutes): Meet additional team members, get a better feel for the team and work culture, and share more about yourself
