👀About the role
We’re seeking a talented Product Analyst who can turn data into actionable insights! You’ll play a key role in analyzing user behavior and product performance to help us enhance our task management platform. If you thrive in a collaborative environment and have a passion for improving user experiences, this could be the perfect fit for you!
Responsibilities
- Analyze user behavior and product performance to identify trends and areas for improvement.
- Collaborate with product manager and designers to gather requirements and prioritize features based on user feedback.
- Create and maintain dashboards to visualize key metrics and track product success.
- Conduct A/B testing and user surveys to gather insights and validate new features.
- Present findings and recommendations to the team to inform product decisions.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in product analysis or a similar role.
- Proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., SQL, Excel, or similar).
- Experience with analytics platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, Mixpanel) to track user behavior.
- Strong understanding of product management processes and agile methodologies.
- Excellent communication skills in English (we’re a US-based team!).
- Experience in a startup environment is a plus; we love that dynamic energy!
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced setting.

The overall process is 3-4 hours across 3 separate days of meetings:
- Intro call with the kala team: 30 minutes – Share more about you and get into the opportunity💜
- Meeting with the Product Manager: 30 minutes – Get into the company and share more about you🙋♂️
- Assessment: This step will involve a brief analysis of a strategy implemented for the team in the past. We’d like to hear how you interpret that strategy and whether you would approach it differently. You can present your insights as a presentation, a written text, or simply share your thoughts during the call- 60 minutes ✅
- Meeting with the CEO/ CTO: 45 minutes – Connect with the minds behind this product, understand their vision, and share how you can contribute to the team. 🎬
