We’re hiring a Front-end Developer to build and maintain high-quality marketing websites and landing pages that support the company’s growth. You’ll work closely with designers and marketers to transform high-fidelity designs into fast, responsive, and accessible user experiences.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys creating visually refined websites, has a strong eye for detail, and takes pride in writing clean, scalable front-end code.
👉 Responsibilities
- Design, evaluate, and optimize LLM-powered applications and AI workflows.
- Develop evaluation frameworks to measure model quality and system performance.
- Improve AI outputs through prompt engineering, context optimization, and experimentation.
- Build AI solutions that automate business processes and decision-making.
- Research and test emerging AI techniques to identify new product opportunities.
- Analyze data to improve model performance and user outcomes.
- Collaborate closely with founders, engineers, and product teams.
- Present technical findings to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
👉 Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in Data Science, Machine Learning, or Applied AI.
- Strong experience building applications powered by large language models.
- Excellent Python programming and data analysis skills.
- Experience evaluating AI systems using quantitative metrics.
- Strong understanding of prompt engineering and modern AI workflows.
- Ability to communicate technical concepts to business stakeholders.
- Experience working in fast-paced startup environments is a plus.
- Experience in fintech, financial services, or investment technology.
- Familiarity with AI agents and multi-agent systems.
- Experience with model deployment and MLOps.
- Background in statistical modeling or decision intelligence.
