👀About the role
We are seeking a Paid Advertising Team Lead to provide leadership, management, and accountability to 3 paid advertising strategists, each managing approximately 75 accounts. You’ll be responsible for overseeing accounts for 40 to 50 of our dental partners, ensuring that campaigns are optimized for maximum performance and aligned with their business goals. In this role, you will set strategies, lead the paid media team, implement new tactics, and be a key part of a super team committed to delivering high-quality results.
💜 Responsibilities
- Provide leadership, management, and accountability to 3 paid advertising strategists. Each manages about 75 accounts.
- Manage approximately 40 to 50 accounts on Google and Meta platforms, handling small budgets ranging from a few hundred to a few thousand dollars
- Track Team Productivity: Using the Entrepreneurial Operating System, you’ll identify and report key metrics that drive success in paid media
- Optimize Processes & Drive Strategy: Implement new strategies and refine existing processes to directly impact business growth and performance.
Your total workload would look like this:
📌45% – Lead and manage the paid ads team to hit goals
📌40% – Oversee and report on your own client accounts
📌15% – Conduct meetings and 1:1s with team members
👉 Requirements
- 5+ years of hands-on PPC experience specifically with Google and Meta managing large value (50+) and small budgets accounts
- Near- native / Advanced English level as all accounts are US- Based 🗽
- Experience leading teams
- Background in healthcare niches, particularly with dental practices, is a plus
- Knowledge of Entrepreneurial Operating System (EOS) or similar framework
- A creative, forward-thinking approach to paid advertising strategies and a strong project management skills to prioritize and delegate effectively

We offer a Full-time contractor role and payment in USD, flexibility to work remotely 🏡, 12 days PTO in your first year, 2 additional days each year, and maxing out at 20 + 10 paid public holidays per year, Parental leave, Bonus for tech equipment: After 90 days, up to $1500 for a work computer and $450 reimbursed for office gear (monitor, keyboard, etc.).
Flexible scheduling with 4-5 hours of overlap with US Pacific time zone required for the first 6 months of employment⏲
