đAbout the role
Theyâre looking for a Growth Marketer to take full ownership of their growth strategy. This is a hands-on role where youâll work directly with the founder to define and execute the entire acquisition and conversion roadmap.
Youâll be responsible for running paid campaigns, building and optimizing landing pages, and leading experiments across the funnel. Itâs an early-stage company with real customers, so your work will directly impact growth and revenue. If youâre excited about combining creativity, data, and ownership, this is for you.

đ Responsibilities
- Design, launch, and optimize landing pages and conversion funnels (using Webflow, Unbounce, or similar)
- Own and run paid campaigns (Meta, Google, Reddit, etc.) from strategy to execution
- Set up and lead A/B tests and experiments across the funnel
- Track and analyze growth KPIs (CAC, ROAS, conversion, retention)
- Identify and test new growth opportunities (content, referrals, lifecycle, etc.)
- Work directly with the founder and have full ownership of the growth roadmap
đ Requirements
- 4+ years in growth, performance, or digital marketing, with a strong understanding of the full funnel (acquisition, conversion, retention)
- Experience running A/B tests and growth experiments with measurable impact.
- Background in B2B SaaS or AI products, ideally within startups or fast-paced environments.
- Hands-on experience running paid campaigns (Meta, Google, Reddit) with ownership of CAC and ROAS.
- Skilled in building and optimizing landing pages and funnels using no-code tools (Webflow, Unbounce, etc.).
- Strong communication skills to understand priorities, share insights, and execute effectively.

- Meeting with the CEO đ§Š (30 min) â Youâll get into the company vision, challenges and expectations, you will share how youâve worked with cross-functional teams, and walk through examples from your past experience, there will be some technical questions here
- Assessment: An assessment may be included (weâll confirm soon)
- Meeting with Product đââď¸ (30 min) â Get into the vision of the product and main challenges to solve
- Final team call đ¤ (30 min) â Make sure thereâs good alignment and space for questions on both sides.
This is a full-time contractor role, paid in USD. Youâll 2 weeks of Paid Time Off + US based Public Holidays. The day-to-day is flexible, but they value ownership, clear communication, and working async when possible. They have some team members located as PST and some at EST time so you will be working most of the day at your own time zone (LATAM)
