👀About the role
We are seeking a skilled Front-End React Engineer. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in React, a passion for crafting high-quality user interfaces, and excellent problem-solving skills. In this role, you will collaborate closely with the product team to build a responsive, high-performing product.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement robust front-end architecture using React.
- Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions.
- Optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability.
- Troubleshoot and debug application issues.
- Conduct code reviews, implement best practices and documentation.
- Stay updated with emerging trends and technologies in front-end development.
Requirements
- 6+ years of experience as a Front-End Engineer with React
- Advanced English proficiency (as the team is US-based)
- Experience with early-stage companies and startup environments is a plus
- Proficiency with front-end build tools and version control systems (e.g., Git, GitHub), with a strong understanding of CI/CD pipelines and best practices for code quality and deployment.
- Experience in system architecture and design, including creating scalable, maintainable, and high-performance front-end solutions.
- Ability (and enjoy it 😁)to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

- Intro call with the kala team: 30 minutes – Share more about you and get into the opportunity💜

- Meeting with the Head of Engineering: 30 minutes – Share more details about your tech background and get into the technical challenges and day to day 🎬
- Assessment: They are ending details but the idea is to know more about your approach as Engineer – 1 hour ✅
