About our client
Our client is a consulting firm based in the United States. They help B2B technology companies build and scale their revenue engines. They partner directly with founders and leadership teams to design and operationalize go-to-market strategies—spanning sales, positioning, pipeline generation, and revenue operations. By combining strategic guidance with hands-on execution, the team helps companies improve sales performance, align marketing and sales, and create repeatable growth systems.
👀About the role
The Executive Assistant / Admin Coordinator will support both the CEO and the Co-founder, ensuring client commitments are met on time and internal operations run smoothly. This role is responsible for reviewing next steps after client calls, organizing C-level schedules, setting and tracking deadlines, and ensuring follow-ups happen promptly. You will keep projects on track, maintain clear communication with clients, and ensure the founders stay focused on the right priorities each day.
👉 Responsibilities
- Manage C-level schedules and projects, creating and maintaining daily task lists.
- Ensure client deliverables and communications are handled in a timely and professional manner.
- Review call transcripts and ensure all next steps are clearly documented, scheduled, and completed.
- Manage inboxes, administrative tasks, and client follow-ups.
- Keep the founders accountable and aligned with their priorities. The founders are directly executing client work, so they rely on someone who can keep them organized and ensure they are where they need to be, when they need to be there.
👉 Requirements
- High level of diligence, autonomy, and proactivity. You will not be told what to do – you will ensure everyone else knows what they should be doing each day.
- Strong English skills, with previous experience working in English across video calls and written communication.
- Familiarity with startups or fast-paced, adaptable environments.
- Previous experience working with international decision-makers, senior leadership, founders, or C-level executives.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Experience working in modern digital work environments using tools such as Notion or AI-enabled productivity tools.
- Previous experience working remotely for an international company.
🌍 Work setup
This is a remote role based in LATAM. The schedule is full-time (40 hours per week).
