👀About the role
They’re looking for a Social Media Specialist to join the internal social team in a fully execution-focused role. You’ll be responsible for owning social media calendars end to end for a growing portfolio of healthcare clients: from caption writing and light creative work to scheduling and preparing content. You’ll work with a strong system, clear brand guidelines, and a rich library of photo and video assets captured by the company’s in-house production team.
This is a high-volume, production-driven role where creativity, consistency, and reliability matter just as much as speed.
👉 Responsabilities
- Build and execute monthly social media content calendars for multiple healthcare clients, from ideation to scheduling.
- Write clear, engaging, on-brand captions adapted to different brand voices and audiences.
- Create and format social media graphics and short-form video content using tools like Canva, CapCut, or similar.
- Work efficiently across a high volume of accounts, following established workflows and systems.
- Assemble, schedule, and manage content using social publishing tools (HeyOrca).
- Collaborate closely with the Social Media Lead and internal team to ensure alignment and consistency meeting deadlines consistently while maintaining high quality and attention to detail.
- Use internal documentation, call recordings, and brand guidelines to inform content creation.
👉 Requirements
- 2–5 years of experience working in social media, ideally in agencies or multi-account environments.
- Near-native / advanced English writing skills/ Experience with the US market🗽
- Strong ability to adapt tone and brand voice across many clients (30-40 accounts)
- Experience building content calendars and managing social content end to end, including branding, ideation, execution, design, caption writing, and calendar scheduling.
- Hands-on experience with tools like Canva, CapCut, or similar design/video tools.
- Experience using social media scheduling platforms (HeyOrca or similar).
- Strong sense of ownership, self-discipline, and ability to work independently.
- Experience working with specific niches is a plus; healthcare or dental experience is even better, but not required.
🌍 Time Zone
- You’ll collaborate primarily with the Social Media team during overlapping hours with the U.S. Eastern Time Zone, but you’ll have flexibility to structure the rest of your day as you prefer.
