👀About the role
We’re looking for a Web Developer with strong WordPress experience to join the team full-time and support the development, maintenance, and improvement of WordPress websites for clients.
This is a remote WordPress Developer role focused on working with existing websites, improving performance, fixing issues, and collaborating with cross-functional teams including designers, project managers, and marketers.
If you enjoy hands-on WordPress development, improving real production sites, and working in a fast-moving agency environment, this role is for you.

- Develop, maintain, and improve WordPress-based websites
- Customize and extend existing themes and plugins
- Work on both front-end and back-end development tasks
- Implement updates, fixes, and performance improvements ensuring websites are responsive, stable, and well-structured
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality web experiences and well-crafted websites.
🤗 Requirements
- 3–5 years of professional web development experience, with a strong focus on WordPress, including building and extending custom themes and plugins
- Advanced English level and experience working with the US market
- Solid knowledge of PHP, JavaScript, HTML, and CSS
- Experience working with marketing agencies is a plus (not required)
- Comfortable jumping into existing codebases and improving them without starting from scratch
- Able to work autonomously, prioritize work, and move tasks forward without constant oversight
- Clear, thoughtful written communication and reliable responsiveness in a remote setup

The overall process is 2.5-3 hours hours across 3 separate days of meetings:

- Technical step (30 minutes): Walk through your approach to web development and discuss technical topics
- Final stage (45–60 minutes): Meet additional team members and share more about yourself
