👀About the role
They are looking for an AI Engineer to help design, build, and deploy advanced AI-powered applications that operate at scale.
In this role, you will work on the development of production-grade generative AI systems, including LLM applications, retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) pipelines, AI agents, and evaluation frameworks. You will be responsible for taking AI solutions from concept to production, working across engineering, infrastructure, and data teams to create reliable and secure AI capabilities.
You will have ownership over key technical decisions and help define how AI is developed, tested, monitored, and deployed within a global fintech environment.
👉 Responsibilities
- Design and build production-ready generative AI applications using LLMs, RAG architectures, and AI agent frameworks.
- Develop systems that can process and reason over different types of data, including documents, tables, and structured information.
- Build and optimize AI workflows using tools such as LangChain, LangGraph, LlamaIndex, or similar technologies.
- Create evaluation frameworks to measure AI system quality, accuracy, reliability, and performance.
- Implement monitoring and observability solutions for AI applications in production.
- Develop secure AI systems with appropriate safeguards, testing methodologies, and data protection controls.
- Build and maintain cloud-based AI infrastructure using platforms such as AWS, GCP, or equivalent.
- Containerize applications and support automated deployment workflows.
- Collaborate with engineering, product, and business teams to identify opportunities where AI can create meaningful impact.
👉 Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in software engineering, machine learning engineering, or AI engineering roles.
- 2+ years of hands-on experience building and deploying AI or NLP solutions in production environments.
- Strong Python programming skills, including experience building APIs and backend services.
- Experience developing applications using large language models and generative AI technologies.
- Hands-on experience with RAG systems, vector databases, embeddings, and retrieval optimization.
- Experience with AI orchestration frameworks such as LangChain, LangGraph, LlamaIndex, or similar tools.
- Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS, Google Cloud, or Azure.
- Experience with Docker, CI/CD pipelines, and modern software deployment practices.
- Understanding of AI evaluation, testing, monitoring, and model performance optimization.
- Experience working with data security, AI governance, or responsible AI practices.
- Strong communication skills and ability to work independently in a remote environment.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or a related technical field preferred.
- Previous experience in fintech, payments, banking, or other highly regulated industries is a plus.
