👀About the role
We’re on the lookout for a talented and enthusiastic Paid Media Specialist to run our digital campaigns across various platforms. This is a remote opportunity perfect for someone that no do marketing but love it and can share the passion and professionalism in each project.
You should know your way around paid social platforms (like LinkedIn and Meta), search engines (such as Google, Bing, and Amazon), and other PPC channels. If you have a knack for creative strategies in the paid social world, we’d love to hear from you!
Responsibilities
- Plan, create, manage and optimize paid media through different platforms but focus on LinkedIn and Meta
- Thoroughly examine campaign performance data to refine strategies and optimize ROI.
- Collaborate with the creative team to ensure ad content is captivating and optimized for performance across all platforms, following the latest creative best practices
- Manage budgets and financial projections, delivering regular, detailed reports to stakeholders on campaign results and strategic insights
- Stay updated on the newest trends and advancements in digital marketing to continually boost campaign effectiveness.
Requirements
- 4+ years of experience in digital marketing, specifically in Paid Media roles on Meta and other platforms like LinkedIn
- Experience with Direct-to-Consumer (D2C) and eCommerce projects
- Knowledge of attribution models and Advantage Shopping Campaigns on Meta
- Advanced/ Near-native English level (All accounts will be US based)
- Strong communication and project management abilities
- Demonstrated strategic and creative problem-solving skills with a strong passion for digital marketing
