👀About the role

We are seeking a Copy Specialist to create clear, concise, engaging, and impactful copy across multiple channels from website content to ad copy. We are looking for a storyteller that can be imaginative and creative and be able to incorporate SEO within the story. You will be handling many projects at once and will work with all of our service teams.

Responsibilities


● Write high-impact copy for websites (top level pages) and conversion-oriented copy for landing pages in multiple voices and tones that adheres to different brand styles
● Create compelling blog articles and engaging social media content (posts)
● Write email newsletter content
● Edit content from other team members, clients or third party sources
● Conduct thorough research and interviews to create insightful ideas
● Apply SEO Practices

Requirements

● 2+ years of experience working as Copywriter doing Content Strategy and Creation in websites, blog articles, social media and newsletters for different audiences and brand styles ● Near native English Level and experience with the US are a must🗽 ● Proven portfolio strength with a talent for understanding diverse perspectives and crafting concepts for different channels and platforms ● ● Excellent organizational skills and attention to details ● Customer-focused mindset

The overall process is 2-2.5 hours across 3 separate days of meetings:

  1. Intro call with the kala team💜
  2. Meeting with our Partner: Share your experience and skills and know the team🙋‍♂️
  3. Quick Home Assessment: No worries it wont be long, just a quick exercise to see you in action 🎬
  4. Final Stage: This step has 2 parts. Cultural Interview: know more people from the team and share more about you (this is not technical at all 😎). And the last regroup to talk about the Assessment.
